Criminal Injustice Podcast

Spring 2020

Criminal Injustice Podcast explores the complex and systemic issues within the US criminal law system. This project was born after the 2014 killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and the nationwide protest movement that emerged in its wake. Although the project is now retired, episodes from its six year history remain publicly accessible through the website.

It was important to create visual carry-through between previous design identities to the modern version. Priorities for design included reflecting the solemn and weighty tone of the podcast subject through design elements, as well as maintaining the original color palette of black, white, gray, and yellow accents.
